What is unique about Clark Construction?
We believe that in addition to building beautiful spaces for you, our talented and dedicated team of professionals have the skills and talent
to make your remodeling experience enjoyable from start to finish. They will build a relationship with you,
gaining your confidence and trust at each step along with way. They will guide you through the process to make the remodeling journey as smooth as
possible from design through production. The outcome of the pleasant journey will be a
well-executed design that you can enjoy for years to
come. We take pride in our work, and believe that if
you are incredibly satisfied with the final product and the process by which we got there, we have done our job well.
How does the design process work?
Often times people already have an idea of what they envision. Our goal is to interpret those ideas and offer new ones as well.
The exchange between you and your designer is key to ensuring that your thoughts and wishes are translated into workable designs.
Your designer will present various alternatives, and use scaled floor plans, elevations and 3D drawings to aid in visualizing your new space. Presenting multiple options for your consideration is paramount in enabling us to create the perfect design for your home.
Will my job have your full attention once it has started?
Absolutely. Although we are serving multiple clients
at any given time, the nature of our business means that
only a few projects will be in the same phase (design, planning,
excavation, framing, etc.) simultaneously. This allows us
to schedule our teams and their work well in advance, so
we don't have more to do than we can handle comfortably.
Who will be working in my home?
Several or many of our tradespeople will come to your home
depending on the scope of the project. The long-term
relationship that we cultivate with our tradespeople ensures
that our mutual expectations will be exceeded on a regular basis.
They’re the best that we’ve been able to find over the past twenty three years
in business. We don’t have any second string players on our jobs.
Quality craftsmanship, attention to detail and just plain old good manners
typify all of the Clark Construction tradesmen.
What kind of mess will I be living in and for how long?
There's no avoiding the fact that there will be a certain
amount of dust, dirt and noise. We are very sensitive to
this and take many precautions to protect your property
and senses.
How long will it take to complete the work?
When you sign a contract, we'll tell you when we plan to
start and finish your job. This policy of looking ahead
lets us accommodate any special scheduling needs that you
may have regarding family events, holidays, and so forth.
In general, a large addition may take several months; for
a simple one, two months is generous; a simple kitchen or
bath may require only one month.
What is your market area?
Our base of repeat and referral work allows us to focus
on projects located within a small geographical radius
of our office. This allows us to maximize the care and
attention each of our active clients gets. Providing this level of care and attention is key to allowing us to deliver on our promises and satisfying our clients with a positive remodeling experience.
What Do I Do if I Have a Question?
Don't hesitate to give us a call at 431-2699. Any time. Our offices are open 9 - 5 Monday through Friday. On most Saturdays a designer mans the studio/showroom,
although it is best to call ahead on a Saturday to ensure that one of them is there. Other times are available by request.
